Punch Art Minion, by Patty Bennett

I punched one owl in Daffodil Delight, and one in Pacific Point cardstock, then cut off the owl horns on the Daffodil one.  I used scraps for the black part and the feet, and added some googlie eyes.  I drew the smile with my fave pens: Project Life Journaling pens!
Truth be told... I honestly don't think I've ever made an owl with my Owl Builder punch.. I think I've always made something other than an owl!! LOL
This cute wooden Hello accent comes in the Hooray It's Your Day card kit and I wasn't sure how I should attach it to the card... I was skyping with my friend Cindee while making this card and she suggested the Tombow Multi Liquid Glue... I NEVER remember to use it... but it worked like a charm.  The SECRET is to use it super sparingly and it works perfectly!!
Am I the only one that calls it Green Glue?  It's kind of silly to call it that since it's white... but that's what I call it.

The Hooray It's Your Day card kit is so awesome because it comes with all these fun accent pieces like the wood "hello" pieces, the die cut balloons, the "speech bubbles", starburst mask, and so much more!!  The kit creates 20 cards.. 4 each of 5 designs.. super fun way to create all sorts of fun birthday and celebration cards!

The card kit even comes with 2 stencils (ok, I know that's the 80's word for them.. they are called "masks" now).. but anyway.. I love the sunburst stencil.. doesn't it just really light up this card!?

Even the little "word bubble" accessories are included in the Hooray It's Your Day kit!
I stamped on it with the coordinating Hooray It's Your Day stamp set!
